Summary

An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a $25m industrial / commercial development in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

This role will see you leading the site from start to finish, managing all on-site delivery activities while working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to ensure safe, high-quality and on-time completion.
The Project

• $25m industrial / commercial facility
• Perth metro location (near Belmont)
• Well-planned program with strong head-office support
• High-profile end user with strong expectations around quality and safety

The Role

• Take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery from early works through to completion
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
• Drive program outcomes and manage short-term and look-ahead schedules
• Maintain best-practice safety, environmental and QA standards
• Manage site logistics, resourcing and sequencing of works
• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and consultants
• Chair site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects ($20m+)
• Strong leadership capability with a hands-on approach to site delivery
• Excellent understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and services coordination
• Solid background in HSE, QA and compliance-driven environments
• Trade background or construction qualification highly regarded
