We are looking for a Luxury Residential Site Manager to join our client`s team to work around the Eastern Suburbs. Our client has been in business for nearly 20 years and work on large architectural homes and class 2 projects.

Our client is open to bring in a Junior Site Manager or Experienced SM with a background in masonry, concrete or carpentry to lead the delivery of luxury residential builds. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site activities across high-end residential projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, particularly masonry and concrete trades.
• Ensure works are completed to premium standards in line with architectural and structural requirements.
• Oversee site safety, compliance, and documentation.
• Maintain detailed progress reports and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
• Plan and manage material deliveries, logistics, and sequencing.
• Solve technical challenges on-site and support the team with your specialist knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end or bespoke residential builds.
• Strong background in masonry, concrete, structural works or carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• White Card and relevant Qualifications

On Offer:

• $140,000 - $160,000 + super
• Vehicle and fuel card provided (if needed)
