CGC Recruitment is partnering with a well-established high-end residential builder who has been delivering exceptional Class 1 and 2 projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for nearly 20 years. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large luxury new home, starting from excavation through to final handover.

The role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of a custom luxury home build — from site preparation to completion. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate a wide range of trades on a high-spec build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily on-site operations and overall project delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Oversee and drive the construction program to meet key milestones
  • Ensure construction aligns with design specifications and build quality
  • Maintain a safe and compliant worksite at all times
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal staff
  • Conduct regular quality checks and manage defects to completion
What We're Looking For
  • 5–10+ years of experience managing luxury residential builds
  • Proven experience from groundworks to handover
  • Background in concreting, masonry, carpentry, or formwork essential
  • Excellent leadership and organisational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of construction standards, WHS, and compliance
  • White Card and current driver’s licence
