Project Overview:

This 6-month guaranteed contract role involves a major refurbishment, façade upgrade, and roof rectification at a high-profile site in Canberra, ACT. You will oversee every aspect of the project, ensuring its successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Leadership: Be the face of the company on-site, representing our reputation for quality and professionalism.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Safety Focus: Lead the charge in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of safety. Safety is paramount in all aspects of the project.
• Project Delivery: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Software Proficiency: Utilise Procore and Hammertech software for project tracking, reporting, and maintaining quality control.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale refurbishment, façade upgrade, or roof rectification projects.
• Strong experience managing fast-paced construction projects in live environments.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• A safety-first mentality and a proactive approach to risk management.
