Site Manager - New Build Construction Tier 3 Contractor

The Position – Site Manager
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the entire build, ensuring it is executed within budget, timeline, and to the client's specifications
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards 
 
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
