One of NSW's leading commercial and educational builders are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead a significant $4.5 million extension and refurbishment project for an existing childcare centre near Muswellbrook (Upper Hunter Region).
This project aims to enhance the facility's infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics for children, staff, and visitors.
With a number of regional-based projects in the pipeline, this is a great opportunity for a site manager to join a reputable business on a long-term contract role, across several challenging projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably with projects in the education or childcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
