The Company

You will be joining an established Builder with offices in NSW and QLD and work across a variety of projects within the commercial, hospitality and educational sectors. The company is in a strong financial position and will be busy in Sydney and Regional NSW in the 2024/2025 financial year
  
The Opportunity
  
You will be heading up a project about to kick off in NW Sydney at a private educational facility, value at $40M

• Responsibilities will include for overseeing day to day activates on site to achieve project milestone ensuring that safety, quality, and programme are adhered to.
• You will have the support of a full project team and report to an office-based Project Manager.
• Some Saturday work will be required however is rotated and reflective of the programme which will be in your control.

Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 200K – 230K can be expected

Background / Experience

• Carpentry Trade (compulsory) and tertiary building qualification highly regarded
• Ability to build relationships with project stakeholders and manage personnel to operate cohesively within a team environment
• Strong technical, planning & programming skills
• Extensive knowledge of building trades, and how to push projects
• Above average administration skills with a keen eye for managing budgets, preliminaries and variation management
• Good safety & company system management skills
