Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with an established WA owned & operated tier 2 commercial building head contractor who have a new opportunity within the business for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. 

The Client

A financially stable business, who regularly get repeat business from key clients in the industry. A senior leadership team who have been with the business for some time, and have a proven track record in delivering projects in the $10-60m range. Project sectors include; Commercial, Industrial, Education, Mixed Use, Civic to name. 

Having recently picked up 2 new projects, they require an experienced Site Manager to come on board to work in close collaboration with the respective Project Manager and delivery team, to deliver the projects. 

All typical site management duties, you'll have support from an experienced Senior PM, CA & Supervisor on the project. 

Immediate start and opportunity available, a long term permanent position within a stable and reputable builder. Salary will be aligned with experience, ranging from $150-160k + Super + Vehicle / Allowance.
