We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded builder who specialise in high-end boutique apartments & high-end commercial fitouts in the exclusive parts of the North Shore & the Eastern Suburbs. They are not the biggest builder but place a focus on delivering a quality product rather than hammering subbies and cutting corners.

The Project: 
They have a new project due to start in the next few weeks - a high-end commercial fitout in the heart of Manly. This is a complex job being carried out in a live environment. The job itself is valued at $4m and will be staged over a 12 month period.

Work / Life Balance
I see this suiting a keen, eager and professional Foreman looking to step up to a Site Manager position, who looking to work for a young, growing construction company where you can grow with the business.  

Having experience working within the hospitality sector is essential for this position. 

Salary will depend on experience but range from $140K - $160K plus super
