The Role

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Ensure the quality and build programs are achieved to the standards set by our business.
• Working in partnership with a highly experienced Project Manager - You will have full support on each project.

Skills and Experience

• A proven track record of working within the commercial construction industry in a Supervisory / Site Management capacity - whether that be from a sub-contractor or head contractor environment.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work across multiple projects at the same time.
