Site Manager - Regional west

Company

We are currently working in partnership with a specialist refurbishment contractor based on the North Shore. They have operated out of Sydney for 10 years  and have an excellent reputation with their clients... They take on projects normally ranging from $1m up to $15m.  

The Projects

The projects are based in Orange, Bathurst and a few other regional west towns which will run consecutively one after the other. The projects will involve small make goods/ touch ups to up to $2 million fit outs..


The Role

You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager who will be located in head office and visit the site every other week, so you will need to take full responsibility for the project including all OH&S requirements. 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Come from a trade background
• Proven experience delivering projects up to $5M as a Site Manager
• Strong commercial or medical fit out background
• From a trade background
