The Position

Working in the Remedial Division the scope of works will be to deliver a  re-clad project with a high level of logistical planning. The ideal candidate will have worked on a CBD project, have experience managing cladding replacements and be able to coordinate swinging stages and people working at heights 

This is a full-time position that will be paying between $160K- $170K.

Background / Experience

• Trade with additional tertiary building qualification advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to have independently delivered projects in excess of $6M
• Must have experience working across re-cladding works
• Must be able to manage works for swinging stages and working at heights 
• Ability to build good client relationships and manage personnel and operate cohesively within a team environment
• Strong technical, planning & programming skills
• Extensive knowledge around logistical planning for CBD projects
• Good safety & company system management skills
