The Position
The scope of works will be to deliver a school valued between $5M - $10M. You will be responsible for the day to day activities on site to ensuring, safety programme and budgets is maintained. We are looking for someone that has delivered commercial projects and is effective at driving a tight programme.
Depending on the size of project you will receive either a Foreman or Leading Hand to help drive the project forward.

- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on commercial projects
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Ability to interpret drawings, manage programmes and schedule day tp day logistics
- Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
