Their project portfolio varies from residential high rise unit developments to luxury homes to agecare to education.
 
The role – Site Manager – Gold Coast
Their projects are in various locations between Brisbane and the Gold Coast but their office is located in heart of the Gold Coast. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $25M residential apartment project located on the Gold Coast that starts construction in around 6 weeks. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has previous experience delivering residential apartment projects or mixed use projects of $25M or larger. This experience would have been gained from working with a well known Tier 2 builder.
 
What you need to be considered:

• A Trade background
• Proven experience delivering multi-level residential projects
• Experience delivering projects $25M plus
• Stability on your CV with previous employers
