The Company:

Over the last 10 years our client has seen unprecedented growth nationally and they are still beating their competitors to high profile projects across both division’s new build and refurbishment.
With a healthy order book for 2019 and some with a high level of tenders in negotiation we are actively looking for a Site Manager to join their Refurbishment team.
The company culture is very good and they have strong staff retention. This is due to some excellent systems in place, including WHS, contract admin and back office support, a dedicated senior management team and where possible they promote from within.

The Project:

The initial projects are part of a national roll out for a blue chip tech company delivering their projects throughout Australia, generally the projects are 6 week duration with all work being delivered a night (Permanent Night shift) and the roll out will be delivered over the next 12 months.
Thereafter you'd move to the interiors sector, as business they take on projects up to $150m including the fit out and refurbishment. Generally speaking project in the refurbishment division delivers projects between $20m to $50m.

To be considered you'll have the follow skills:

Come from a trade background
Proven experience in Australia delivering projects of circa $3m
Experience across different sectors is OK but you must have proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects
Able to lead from the front
Be a natural communicator and people manager
Take full responsibility for your project, including program and WHS requirements
