The Company
  
Joining this company, you will be working for one of Australia's most successful builders who operate in the commercial marketplace. They employ a team of over 250 people servicing clients on a national basis delivering large scale projects valued to $100M
    
The Position - Leading hand / Sit Foreman

• This position will initially work across a showcase project in the city valued up to $70M
• You will work alongside a Site Manager and General Foreman helping to deliver project milestones
• Oversee quality of sub-contractors,
• Closely monitor safety and maintain & update project documentation helping to drive programme to completion.
• We want to speak to the next generation that might be stepping up from a Leading hand position who are looking for training and development to progress their career

Salary expected between $110K - $130K 
  
Ideal background / skills

• You will have a Carpentry trade, tertiary qualifications within building/construction would be advantageous
• Strong buildability knowledge and demonstrated experience working within the tier two market with reputable builders
• Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to motivate and drive the team / project staff
• Ability to get the best out of people and promote best practices
• Basic understanding of how to use Procore, Jobpac and Microsoft applications
