Experienced Site Foreman – $70M Hospital Refurbishment
Our client is one of Australia's largest and most respected construction companies, is seeking an experienced, high-performing Site Foreman to join their team for an exciting and high-profile project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on a $70 Million Hospital Refurbishment project located just outside the Brisbane CBD. You will be instrumental in delivering a critical healthcare facility upgrade on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Site Foreman, you will be the lynchpin between the Site Manager and the on-site workforce, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely. You will be one 3 Foreman on the project working under a Site Manager.
  • Trade Management: Directing, supervising, and coordinating all on-site trades and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to WHS policies and procedures, conducting site inductions, and overseeing toolboxes. A commitment to our "Home Safe" culture is paramount.
  • Program Execution: Working closely with the Site Manager to drive the daily and weekly program, anticipating and resolving potential site-based issues.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting work completed to ensure it meets specifications, design requirements, and their high quality assurance standards.
  • Material Coordination: Managing the logistics, receipt, and storage of materials to ensure the right resources are available at the right time.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate daily logs, progress reports, and contributing to site records.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in large-scale commercial or health sector construction.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Site Foreman on projects valued over $20 million, with specific experience in refurbishment or live-environment projects being highly regarded.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience working within the complex, high-risk environment of an operating hospital is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Carpentry) and necessary construction industry tickets (e.g., White Card).
