Site Engineer - Road Infrastructure Project (Western Sydney)
12-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Competitive Daily Rates

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major road infrastructure project in Western Sydney, supporting the delivery of high-profile works in line with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) specifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven engineer who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is available to start ASAP on a 12-month temporary contract with attractive daily rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Ensure full compliance with TfNSW standards, specifications, and quality requirements
• Manage subcontractors, site crews, and suppliers effectively
• Prepare and review ITPs, SWMS, and project documentation
• Conduct site inspections, set-outs, and quality assurance checks
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress and contribute to reporting and planning activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience working on road infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of TfNSW specifications and standards (essential)
• Experience in site-based engineering roles within Australia
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
