CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our main tier clients to source a Junior Site based to provide engineer support to a Rail Station Upgrade in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Project Engineer on site you will be responsible for; short term planning and programming of construction activities, provide subcontractors with set outs, raise RFIs to designer and architects and help resolve design issues, provide support on all on site QA and manage multiple trades such as tilers, metal works, signage, line marking etc.
The role is an initial short term contract to take workload off the Project Engineer on site but based on performance the role has a strong chance of contract extension and even progressing into a full time role in 6 months time. As of the nature of the engagement applicants need to be able to start at latest 14th June.
