Job Title: Site Engineer - Dam Upgrade Project

Project Overview:

• We are currently seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team for a dam upgrade project located in the Newcastle/Central Coast area.
• This exciting project will involve ground improvement, earthworks, drainage, and landscaping to enhance the dam's functionality and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact between project management and site teams.
• Ensure project plans and specifications are followed accurately.
• Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing engineering solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil construction and site engineering.
• Familiarity with dam upgrade projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project needs.
• Availability for an immediate start is essential.
