Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee façade installations, ensuring compliance with design, timelines, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to address façade-related issues.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site guidance and problem-solving for installation challenges.
• Project Documentation: Maintain records of progress, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety procedures and conduct risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in façade systems or related for high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, and façade technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1-5 years experience in Site Engineering 
• Mandarin speaking highly desirable.
