Site Engineer – Contract (3–6 Months) $40m Residential Project | Tier 2 Builder | Sydney
A well-regarded Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the site team on a $40m residential project in Sydney.
This is a contract position for 3–6 months with an ASAP start, focused on supporting the project through its final stages and completion.
The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:

• Site coordination and supervision of subcontractors
• Assisting with short-term programming and daily planning
• QA inspections, ITPs and defect management
• Managing RFIs, shop drawings and site documentation
• Ensuring compliance with WHS and site procedures
• Using Procore to manage site documentation and workflows
• Supporting commissioning, handover and project close-out

About You

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer on residential or similar construction projects
• Experience working with a Tier 2 or comparable commercial builder
• Strong working knowledge of Procore systems
• Hands-on, organised and able to hit the ground running
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
