Job description

Our client are a leading tier one contractor specializing in major infrastructure projects. 

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Administrator to join their team on a 6 week contract. This role is based on site 5 days per week.

The Site Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of administrative tasks and supporting the project team in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close out defects in the project system according to established procedures and timelines.
  • Assist the project team in maintaining and updating tracking sheets to ensure accurate project monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of labour hire tracking sheets every Monday morning.
  • Utilise Excel extensively to manage and organise project data effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
