About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Shopfitter Supervisor to join a well-established, national shopfitting contractor known for delivering standout projects across the retail and hospitality sectors. This is your chance to lead high-profile fit-out projects across the Sydney Metro area, working with a company that has a solid project pipeline and a strong reputation for quality.

Location: Sydney Metro (HQ and manufacturing based in Sydney’s West)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee shopfitting projects from concept to completion.
• Manage and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Enforce WHS and site safety procedures in line with industry regulations.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience supervising shopfitting projects, especially in retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and plans.
• Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach.
