HSE Advisor & HSEQ Advisor - Perth Metro
 
We're seeking experienced HSE Advisors and HSEQ Advisors to join a growing civil construction operation in the Perth metro area. These roles have become available following recent tender success and a strong pipeline of works.
 
Locations: Perth Airport & Kwinana
Hours: 50-hour working week
Salary: $120k-$140k base (DOE) + super + company vehicle + laptop
 
About You

• Minimum Cert IV in OHS required
• Experience in civil construction or high-risk environments
• Desirable: Training Assessor and iCAM qualifications
• Strong understanding of HSE/HSEQ practices and compliance requirements

What You'll Do

• Provide proactive health, safety, environment, and quality support across sites
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
• Deliver training and advise teams on safe work practices
• Support project teams to maintain compliance with statutory and company requirements
