CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading national tier 1 builder who are currently working on a high profile building project in Adelaide. Due to the nature of the project, they require an experienced Services Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of the building services package on site. 

This is a permanent position, working with a builder who have successfully delivered some of Australia's leading building projects across a range of industries that include; Healthcare, Commercial, High Rise Residential, Retail, Education and Government projects. 

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for; 

• Managing sub contractors
• Services coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, 
• Clash detections
• Working closely with the Project Manager to advise on product selection
• Overseeing the quality of delivery

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Services Engineer / Services Coordinator capacity, either working directly for another builder / head contractor within Australia.
