Service Electrician (Manufacturing)– South of the river, Perth
***3-months temp to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance on lifting equipment, including mobile cranes, hoists, and winches
- Diagnose electrical faults using test gear, schematics, and control system software
- Replace parts, perform wiring repairs, and upgrade control systems
- Work with mechanical teams to coordinate machine servicing and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, testing results, and compliance data
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
- Qualified Electrician with current WA electrical license (A-class)
- Demonstrated experience performing maintenance or fault finding in heavy machinery or lifting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills: able to interpret wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and control systems
- Comfortable working at heights and able to obtain or hold relevant safety tickets (e.g., Working at Heights, EWP)
- Effective communicator who can work independently and collaborate with mechanical and operational teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and best outcomes for safety and uptime
