We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join their team on the CO2 project on Barrow Island. This is an immediate requirement for a minimum 4-month assignment, working on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee day-to-day earthworks activities, ensuring all operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and environmental standards. You will work closely with project management, subcontractors, and onsite teams to maintain schedule, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate earthworks crews and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed to specification
• Drive strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE requirements
• Manage daily reporting, permits, and site documentation
• Collaborate with project engineers and stakeholders to resolve site issues
• Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance at all times

About You

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in civil construction or earthworks
• Previous FIFO experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of earthworks methodologies and quality standards
• Ability to lead teams in a high-performance and safety-focused environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mobilise immediately

• Hourly Rate - $90 Per Hour + Super 
• Weekly Pay
• Immediate mobilisation to Barrow Island
• 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
• Minimum 4-month contract, with potential for extension
