Job description

CGC Recruitment are currently working with a well established, family owned fire services contractor who have an excellent reputation within the building services industry within NSW. A medium sized, essential services contractor who offer the full fire services package to clients - design, construction, service and maintenance. 

They have long standing relationships with several high profile clients - building owners, facility managers and builders and have a healthy portfolio of work on their books. Several year contracts across Commercial, Retail, Education and Mixed Use buildings. 

The position of Service Coordinator will play a key role within the service department, reporting directly into the Service Manager where you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the Technicians out on the road and account managing key clients of the business. 

The client are seeking a Service Coordinator who has prior exposure within the fire industry, who has strong communication skills and is confident liaising with clients and coordinating the Technicians. Prior experience using Uptick would be considered highly beneficial however prior exposure to Simpro or related software platforms will be considered.

A mature working environment where you will be provided autonomy within your position. Salary package will be dependent on experience, however will be in the region of $60-65k + Super.
