Join a prominent, Australian-owned fire protection contractor with a strong reputation across Sydney’s commercial and industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join the team and take ownership of a key coordination role supporting both field technicians and clients.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted position that blends scheduling, coordination, and estimating responsibilities. The ideal candidate will come from within the fire protection industry and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating field technicians for routine maintenance and reactive service jobs
  • Preparing and submitting quotes for repairs and small works
  • Assisting with estimates and take-offs for service contracts
  • Handling customer communication and job follow-ups
  • Supporting the service team with general administration
  • Using Uptick or similar job management software to ensure smooth workflows
What We’re Looking For
  • Fire industry experience is essential – you must understand fire systems and service workflows
  • Strong quoting and estimating skills 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using Uptick highly desirable
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
