This company is a renowned construction and facilities management company operating across the East Coast of Australia.  They complete a wide range of projects including fit out and refurbishment projects across the retail and commercial sectors – clients including petroleum sites, major banks and government departments.
Based in Cronulla. Work close to home in a busy and rewarding role.

The Role
Immediate requirement for an Operations Coordinator accountable for the flow and delivery of quality and timely service to clients. This is achieved through effective workload management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information managed through TSM. The Operations Coordinator enables the business to act on and communicate reliable information to manage client KPIs and support the business decision-making process.
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure that all clients routine and ad hoc jobs are logged and allocated by COB each day
  • Ensure all work orders are managed effectively, within budget and on-time
  • Assist Account Managers to identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
  • Swiftly escalate client or supplier issues to Account Managers or National Operations Manager
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails within a timely manner
  • Plan, prioritise and schedule jobs in accordance with specific labour skill requirements, client delivery criteria and external client KPI’s
  • Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
  • Manage contractor insurances and licences within company Projects online contractor registration system (Rapid induct) where applicable
Qualifications/Skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Strong, effective communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience meeting & exceeding KPIs
  • Desirable – database management experience, preferably using TSM program
