We are currently working in partnership with an up-and-coming builder/developer based in Western Sydney. Specialising in combining the boutique luxury and affordability they have already secured 6 new projects which are to be completed over the next 3 years. They have a range of projects on the horizon including mixed use residential, large scale hospitality and high-rise residential projects valued up $350m.
  
Role
  
To be successful for this position of Site Manager you will:

• Come from a trade background
• Proven experience in Australia working on projects of $30M plus
• Residential experience
• Able to lead from the front
• A stable career with previous employers
• Take full responsibility for your area of the project
• Being Bilingual: English and Mandarin – would be an advantage
