Our client who is a leading apartment builder is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of our landmark $130 million luxury apartment development in Brisbane's vibrant inner suburbs.

About the Role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you will be the driving force on site, responsible for the complete construction delivery of this prestigious apartment project. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all site operations from commencement to practical completion.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a dedicated site team including Forepersons, leading hands, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring strict adherence to project programs, budgets, and quality standards.
• Implementing and enforcing industry-leading WHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Managing and coordinating all trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Proactively identifying and resolving construction issues and challenges.
• Maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Driving a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability on site.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager or a highly experienced Site Manager on multi-story residential / apartment projects valued $70M+.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations, and WHS requirements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
• A stable career history demonstrating progression in significant residential projects.
