The Role:

As Drafting Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the drafting team, ensuring output is technically accurate, delivered on time, and aligned with project requirements. You’ll also collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery teams to support seamless design-to-fabrication outcomes.
 
What You’ll Need:

✅ Proven experience in steel fabrication, industrial design, or similar
✅ High proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Inventor
✅ Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
✅ Excellent attention to detail and project coordination skills
