Our client are a state government organisation within the Transport sector who are in urgent need of a number of Senior Signalling Project Engineers to support the delivery of their Capital Works Program and assist in the delivery of a major rail systems re-modeling project.

The project involves design, supply and installation, construction and testing/commissioning of a multi-disciplinary range of equipment and facilities, as follows: 

1. the replacement of the existing life expired signalling system with a new color light signalling system with remote control capability via a computer based interlocking system (ie, a new signalling system)
2. civil work
3. track work
4. overhead wiring (ie, OHW work)
5. drainage
6. low and high voltage power supply upgrade
7. communications

I am actively looking to speak with tertiary qualified electrical engineers who have a proven background in the design and delivery of Signalling and Systems projects in a brownfield rail environment with detailed knowledge and understanding of TfNSW and Sydney Trains processes and procedures.
