Tier 1 Landlord / Asset owner who can boast $4b + worth of property Nationally, and a very healthy and experienced Property Team are looking to add to the Project Management Division. You will be responsible for the upgrade, refurbishment, and fitout of existing assets. You will ideally have Hospitality, Retail, and/or Commercial experience.

This would be ideal for someone with Head Contractor and Client-Side experience.

You will have...

• Construction-related degree.
• Fitout/refurb experience within Retail and Hospitality.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience on the client side.
• Head Contractor experience is highly favorable.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills needed.
• Ambition and forward-thinking, dynamic individual will be best suited for this role.
