Your initial tasks will involve the delivery of large-scale high-rise residential and new build Aged Care construction projects. You will act as both a client-facing and superintendent representative.

Opportunity
As the company builds on its reputation and continues to be awarded projects, this is a great opportunity to join the team whilst reporting to the two Directors.

You would be the sole Project Manager and given full autonomy to complete the above-mentioned projects.

You will act as a client side Project Manager and superintendent on a project including 2 residential high rise towers.
  
This role is suitable for a candidate who holds 5 years of Project Management (client side) experience working with a consultancy, yet has held on-site construction administration roles previously. A good knowledge of construction and building, alongside an excellent stakeholder management skillset, is highly desirable. 
  
Salary - $170,000 - $190,000 + super


Responsibilities

• Managing costs, and contractual matters acting as the superintendent on 2 residential high rise towers 
• Plan, Manage, and schedule front-end operations, ECI, and the overall delivery of Senior Living Projects $40<.
• Engaging with Consultants, stakeholders, and Trades to ensure the completion of these projects is both on time and of a high standard
• Manage the delivery stage of construction 
• Effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Be able to have delivered large-scale construction projects as a sole PM. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Property Management/Development, or similar field.
• 5 years minimum working in the construction industry as a Project Manager
• Head contractor experience preferred
• Must have worked on the client side (recently)
• Residential/Accommodation experience preferred
