COMPANY

• Established over 15 years ago this well respected builder who operate in NSW, Victoria & Queensland are known for delivering interiors and new build projects in the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors along with health and education up to $50m.
• With several MBA awards under their belt this well-structured contractor secure the majority of their work from repeat business and have recently secured 3 projects in throughout Sydney which has forced them to grow their team and are in need of an experienced Project Manager.

ROLE

• You will be office based which is located in the surrounding suburbs of the city and will report to the Construction Manager who will help you get to the next level in your career. Depending on the size of the project it will be normal to be looking after two projects at one time so being able to multi task is essential.

PERSON

• The person the builder of choice is looking for is someone has a solid 5 years plus years experience as a Project Manager mainly in the fit out industry. 
• You must also show stability on your CV with previous employers to be considered for this role and must have worked for a known builder in Australia.
• The 3 projects they have recently secured are a mixture between commercial, health and retail so a range of experience over different sectors would be a huge advantage, alternatively a Commercial background is essential.
