Founded in Melbourne over 22 years ago, and now one of Australia’s largest second tier award winning builders are looking to add some key people into their QLD team. They deliver a mixture of projects from $20M to $200M in the health and commercial/residential high rise sectors as well has health and defence, with their offices located just outside the Brisbane CBD.
  
The role – Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a team being assembled for a $70M health project coming up in Brisbane. The project kicks off around May, but there will be a strong design phase initially.  
  
You will be the lead on the project and will have an experienced and established team at your disposal.

What we are looking for:

• A completed construction related degree
• Previous experience delivering projects over $50M plus
• Mixture of project experience is preferred
• Health experience would be an advantage 
• Stability with previous employers
• Tier 1 or large Tier 2 background
