This company is a renowned national fit out and refurbishment contractor with offices across the country, who are now also delivering new build projects to a value of $15M. They complete a wide range of large commercial projects operating within Government and corporate sectors.
  
They have grade A offices right in the heart of the CBD where you will be based.
  
About the Role – Senior Project Manager
Due to an immediate requirement they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the QLD team.  You will be seen as a senior part of the business which has recently saw new management take charge.
  
We are looking for someone who has some new build experience as you will switch between fit out and new build as and when required. Your first project is a $5M new build project.
  
Skills and Experience 

• Have a completed degree in Construction Management
• Have a minimum of 8 years plus experience as a Project Manager
• Fit out and new build construction experience preferred
• Must show stability with previous employers
• Must have worked for a known builder in Australia
• Be able to lead from the front and able to multi task
• Someone who is ambitious, self-motivated and reliable
• A team player
