The Company:

Since inception some 20 years ago our client has built a fantastic reputation for their ability to deliver across the commercial and industrial sectors on projects from $1m to $10m.
They have great reputation for building strong relationships with clients and off the back of their success they are being asked to price and deliver New Build projects which would be a new avenue for them

The Role:

Project Manager / Senior Projects Manager position to head up industrial New Build projects from Tender / Bid Stage through to project delivery and handover.
You’ll work with the senior leadership team, consultants and clients to drive EV, design and best practice while achieving the pre agreed margins.
You’ll manage the entire team focusing on projects with Goodman, Dexus and Charter Hall, ranging from $5m to $10m reporting to the NSW Construction Director.
You must be able to run projects autonomously reporting weekly on progress while having a keen eye on budget, program, forecast and whether there are any issues which need addressing. Communication is fundamental to the success of all construction projects and our client have open and clear lines of communication within the organisation.
