CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long standing client nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom across Australia. This company are a leading Main Tier Contractor who have a currently pipeline of works on the Eastern Seaboard alone in excess of over $1bn. They operate in a range of different sectors including Roads, Rail, Resources and Renewable Energies.
 
They have identified a critical need for a Senior Project Engineer to join the business on a full time basis working on full time basis to lead the delivery of a complex FRP as part of a major Resources project. 
 
As Senior Project Engineer will have full project responsibility which will include;
 
- Development and control of budgets
- Reporting of project progress
- Technical and delivery strategies, including risk, project schedules, deliverables
- Commercial and procurement arrangements.
 
Direct reports will include, Project & Site Engineers and Supervisors. Scopes of work include; Scope of works include; bulk excavation, services install, FRP structures, retaining walls, buildings works and steel installation including loading struts (flat jacking).
 
The role is in a remote area of QLD and the project team is running a 2/1 FIFO Roster out of Brisbane with flights, accommodation and meals all provided coupled with a 20% site uplift. 
 
We are looking to speak to seasoned Project Engineers who have a proven background in the delivery of complex Structures projects on major building projects such as Power Stations or Major High Rises. Applicant must also be happy to work away in a remote camp based environment.
