Job description

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading WA Civil & Infrastructure contractor who due to growth are expanding and require a Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in the delivery across multiple civil projects across the Pilbara. 

The Client

Established in WA over 20 years ago, this leading Civil & Infrastructure contractor specialises in delivering a range of projects across Civil, Infrastructure, Rail, Structures and Ports & Marine projects. 

Due to growth and new projects being awarded within WA, they now have a new opportunity for a driven Senior Project Engineer to work across several projects concurrently - across BHP and Rio Tinto sites in the Pilbara. 

The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll have relevant qualifications in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 3+ years experience in a PE capacity within Australia, working across Civil / Infrastructure projects. 

The projects are typically smaller in size and scale, ranging from $1m-10m, and you would regularly be working across several projects simultaneously. 
Excellent organisation, planning and programming is essential to be successful in the role, where you will regularly be problem solving, project managing and coordinating with high profile clients - notably BHP and Rio Tinto. 

Quick turnaround and project / scope changes are regular, so the ability to adapt to different situations is key.
