A well-regarded NSW commercial builder is seeking an experienced Fit Out & Refurbishment Site Manager to deliver a $1.6M retail fit out and refurbishment project in Broken Hill.

This is a guaranteed 12-week contract, suited to a site manager who is confident running projects end to end in a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Project
  • $1.6M retail fit out & refurbishment
  • Full site delivery from establishment through to practical completion
  • Tight, well-structured program with defined milestones
  • High focus on safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement
The Role
  • Take full ownership of site operations on a commercial retail fit out
  • Coordinate daily with the client and key stakeholders
  • Manage subcontractors, construction program, QA, and site logistics
  • Lead health & safety performance on site
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation using Procore
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects for head contractors
  • Procore experience is essential
  • Strong leadership presence and clear communication skills
  • Ability to run a project autonomously while maintaining momentum
  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance
