Our client is a tier one builder who have been operating nationally for some 30 years building major commercial, residential, industrial and retail projects ranging in value from $50m to $1b. Their divisions span the Commercial Property, Residential, Health, Justice, Education etc and work under many forms of contracts.   

The initial project is a $130m residential development based in Macquarie Park, which consist of 334 apartments over two towers. 
 
We are seeking Senior Project Engineer who will be 2IC to the Project Manager driving program ensuring design, quality and financial targets. 
 
You'll manage and mentor a team under you consisting of 2 Site Engineers and 2 Contract Administrator so your people management skills will should be highly developed.  
 
To be considered you will also possess:

• You’ll have some 10 years’ experience working for a tier 1/2 builder in the Sydney market
• Construction management Degree.
• Strong Design management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work area simultaneously reporting to a Project Manager in a timely manner.
• You must possess first class communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial or Residential experience on projects from $50m to $500m
• You must be a team player with the ability to build excellent relationship internally and with the project stakeholders.
