Our client is a tier one builder who have been operating nationally for some 20 years building major commercial, residential, industrial and hospital projects ranging in value from $50m to $1b. Their divisions span the commercial, property, and public sectors which has seen them grow organically with little staff turnover. 

Project is a $350m High End Heritage Refurbishment and Construction project based in the CBD. This is a exciting unique project that would have a positive impact on your project experience. 
 
We are seeking solid Project Engineer ready to step up to a Senior project Engineer. You'll need to be able to show excellent career development to date, strong stability on their resume and the professionalism and technical understanding that would fit in to a top building company.

To be considered you will also possess:

• You’ll have some 5 years’ experience working for a tier 1/2 builder in the Sydney market
• Construction management Degree.
• Strong Design management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work area simultaneously reporting to a Project Manager in a timely manner.
• Team Management - Ability to manage, mentor and direct a team of Engineers. 
• You must possess first class communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial build experience on projects from $50m to $500m
• You must be a team player with the ability to build excellent relationship internally and with the project stakeholders.
