You’ll join a collaborative site-based team working on a family-friendly 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth, with a strong culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project delivery activities, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance
- Coordinate design, planning, and construction sequencing in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Manage subcontractors, cost controls, forecasting, and progress reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and stakeholder communication
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Senior Project Engineer with a reputable Australian main contractor
- Proven background delivering civil construction projects in the WA resources sector
- Excellent technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities
- Must have full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
- Salary guide: $150,000 – $180,000 + super + site uplift (depending on experience)
- 2:2 FIFO roster – family friendly
