As an experienced civil project engineer you will take a leading role in the coordination of all aspects of the project including management of personnel and subcontractors, safety, quality and liaising with the client during the delivery of your projects. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills as a stepping stone into project management. 

To be successful you will have previous experience on roads and infrastructure projects in NSW. You will report to a project manager that has overseen major infrastructure projects in NSW. With this experience and knowledge to guide you when required there are no obstacles for you to advance your career to a project manager with this thriving civil contractor. You will manage and be responsible for the financial, safety, supervision of staff and sub-contractors as well as assist with managing the client relationship. 

The position demands that you have a proven record for driving site safety as well as effectively planning and scheduling your projects to timelines and within your budget. 

You will need to have a reputation with the TFNSW as a top class operator. The role requires a driven individual that can handle the pressures associated with project timelines as well as an ability to mentor engineers and staff. Successful delivery and a diligent performance on this project will open the door to a project management position.
