Their divisions span the commercial, property, and public sectors which has seen them grow organically and with little staff turnover. 

Project is a $350m High End Heritage Refurbishment and Construction project based in the CBD. This is a exciting and one off project that would have a positive impact on your project experience. 
 
We are seeking Project Engineers ready to step up to a Senior Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineers looking looking for the next step to PM or DM. 
You'll need to be able to show excellent career development to date, strong stability on your resume and the professionalism and technical understanding that would fit in to a top building company.
 
To be considered you will also possess:

• You’ll have some 5 years’ experience working for a tier 1/2 builder in the Sydney market
• Construction management Degree.
• Strong Design management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work area simultaneously reporting to a Project Manager in a timely manner.
• You must possess first class communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial or Residential experience on projects from $50m to $500m
• You must be a team player with the ability to build excellent relationship internally and with the project stakeholders.
