Job description
One of Australia's leading developers, owners and operators of retail shopping centre assets are looking for an experienced facilities manager / operations manager to join their team at a notable Sydney CBD shopping centre.
Reporting into the centre manager, you will take responsibility for a small team of staff plus a network of contractors overseeing the delivery of all hard and soft services the the centre. Ensuring that the site is safe, compliant, sustainable and clean.
Key duties will include:
- Plan, organise and monitor operational contracts (including cleaning, security, front of house, maintenance and service) and functions to achieve cost effective outcomes
- Develop, implement and manage site-specific Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Manage the preparation and implementation of the Centres Annual Expenditure and Capital Budgets
